    Cabriales said many banks were already accepting consular ID cards when the city voted to endorse them, although the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department refused to accept the cards as valid forms of identification.

    Good. Go to the banks and get the names of those who opened up bank accounts with the matricular cards and deport them. You will know right where they are.
