See A Pattern?
See A Pattern? Posted 2007-08-15
One of the suspects, and the alleged triggerman, in the execution style slaying of three Newark teenagers is 28-year-old Jose Carranza, an illegal immigrant from Peru.
Astonishingly, Carranza had been arrested on previous charges of aggravated assault and rape. The rape, in this case, was of a child. Even so, he was out on bail.
Still being sought in the case is Rodolfo Godinez, a 24-year-old Nicaraguan national, whom authorities are calling a "principal player" in the crime. He is expected to be charged with three counts of murder and felony murder, plus weapons charges. He, too, has already been arrested several times on felony charges.
Last week, on the other side of the nation in Oregon, 15-year-old Dani Countryman was strangled and killed. Police have arrested Alejandro Gamboa and his 23-year-old cousin Gilberto Gambio. Both men are illegal immigrants. Alejandro was already facing charges involving a DUI incident.
In March of this year, in Texas, Ignacio Gomez-Gutierrez, an illegal immigrant, was driving with a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit, plowed into another car and killed Maria Ortiz and her daughter, Vanessa, who was five months pregnant. Gomez-Gutierrez had served time on three prior DUI convictions, yet was not deported.
Also earlier this year was the case made famous by Fox broadcaster Bill O’Reilly. Two Virginia Beach teenagers Alison Kunhardt, 17, and Tessa Tranchant, 16, were killed when their car was slammed into by a vehicle driven by Alfredo Ramos, 22. Ramos is an illegal alien with a record of three alcohol-related convictions.
As Det. Green might say to Det. Fontana on "Law And Order," does anyone see a pattern here?
Here’s an idea: Americans should very firmly and angrily tell their local, state and national government to put dangerous criminals in jail and keep them there. Build a broder fence 200 feet high if necessary. That will keep most criminals out. Then deport the felons back to their native countries, regardless of what the ACLU, La Raza, or the pro-open borders crowd says.
The three bright Newark students who were heading to college, as well as Dani, Maria and Vanessa, died stupid, senseless, needless deaths because our government officials — cowering before special interest groups — have refused to enforce the nation’s immigration laws, and because judges have been entirely too lenient in dealing with felony offenders.
The only "comprehensive" immigration reform needed is this – put the felons in jail, and keep them there until they’re deported.

And if federal laws were broken by those who released him instead of deporting him, they and the entities that employed them need to be held 100% liable for these 100% preventable wrongful deaths.

I just went over there to make a comment. We need some help over there. The apologists for illegals are playing the race card about "demonizing the brown people"
If you all get a chance, leave a comment over there to rectify the imbalance.http://www.soldiersangels.com Adopt a Soldier

There are illegals who are not "brown" and they need to go also. Look at Ireland worrying about their illegal citizens. It seems that American politicans are being stupid by not requiring enforcement of the laws on the books. Congress is very good at earmarking everything they want and they can earmark DHS for enforcement and building the fence instead of building bridges to no way. Three fourths of the transportation bill is earmarks. Let us encourage earmarking the funds need for interior enforcement and buidling the fence and then Congress doing the oversight to ensure that the funds are being spent correctly.
