2ndamendsis--You are right and it's time that stopped because somewhere along the way with Americans asleep, they have secured preferential treatment which means they are creating a reverse type of discimination against Americans, all Americans especially actual minority groups. This preferential treatment has resulted in the deprivation of a normal education for American children, for example, with crowded class rooms, two teachers conducting one class in English, another in Spanish. Parents of American children and American citizens without children are having to pay for more school facilities when they would not otherwise be needed. American citizens are paying for more teachers that would otherwise be needed. American citizens are paying for an over-bloated population that we were not prepared for and did not want.

This is an outrageous consequence of violations of American Law by aliens, employers, businesses, organizations, and our government and must be stopped.

This began with our Civil Rights Laws and they've been twisted, tweeked and generally used for any and EVERY possible desire that arose from EVERYONE who could possibly have a desire that wasn't being met!

Seriously, the Civil Rights Laws have been hijacked in the name of fairness and they've used the American collective guilt to get away with it. If one were to begin to rip those apart and read the fine print I think that American Collective Guilt would turn into American Collective Coronaries!!

The Civil Rights laws are an important part of the USA. No one should have to use seperate amenities because of their race, creed or any thing else.

They are the reason we can fight illegal immigration. If MLK was still here, I believe we would have a STRONG advocate in this fight.

Most of this is the fault of the judges who suddenly want to challenge every law and because of their egos want to leave their mark through their own interpretations.
