When I called his office I was told that Ted will not be back for the recess and will instead be working on getting any other legislators still in DC to stick with his program.

Perhaps he was clever in 1986 by saying 'we will never again bring forward another amnesty bill like this' so he tweaked the bill some for 2007. Oh brother!
