Alexa Corp lanches new Hispanic Services Division; Alma Hernandez to lead division. North Carolina
“Charles Alexander, president of Alexa Corp, a Cary based firm specializing in mortgage, financial, insurance and retirement services, has announced that Alexa Corp has launched a Hispanic Services Division. Alma Hernandez will head the division, where she will market to the increasing number of Hispanics in North Carolina and inform them about requirements and options when purchasing a home.

“The United States government has set an objective for 2010 to help a greater percentage of minorities accomplish ownership in this country,” said Alexander. “It is Alma’s intention to organize first time home owner seminars for Hispanics, as well as continuing to develop the new division.” “

This exactly what he is talking about with 2010! The North American Community Plan.

Where is this plan? We know it is exists and is in motion, but who signed this treaty?

    William,

It is in your email if your box allows pdf attachments

It was signed by Bush in March of 2005 right after the congress ratified the NAFTA agreement (which was set to expire also in March 2005)

NAFTA has/had a clause allowing 5 year renewals... I don't know if that exists now.

    Feel betrayed yet? I do.

    And how about this gem:

President Bush's 10-year, $1.35 trillion tax cut in 2001 included a slow phaseout of the estate tax by 2010, but the tax is reinstated in 2011 when the entire 2001 tax law expires.
    PLEASE connect the dots folks!
