Thread: Senate PASSES Bill Extending Licenses to Illegal Immigrants

OK.........please hear me out. The very first thought that came to me - probably spurred on by all the news of ILLEGALS moving from state to state committing crimes - is

LICENSES for ILLEGALS is NO longer a simple single state issue! It's not as simple as the "in-state tuition" situation that drains said state tax payer coffers.

LICENSES for ILLEGALS {or CERTIFICATES as NJ is trying to pass} NOW AFFECTS EVERY SINGLE STATE and the AMERICANS residing in all states cutting across state borders. It's a NATIONAL ISSUE.

I believe we need to coordinate and have ALL of us burning up each STATE's legislative phone lines. They want "global"........how about we give them NATIONAL ourtrage!

2ndamendsis--you raise an excellent point. A driver's license issued in one state can send that person into another state even though the second stae doesn't want illegal aliens with California phoney driver's licenses violating federal law. This trying to usurp law just doesn't work....why don't they give it up...I guess they want to be a Toilet Bowl!!

They'll have to RENAME that Parade they have every New Year's Day!!

So what 's the final plan? This is SERIOUS. (EVERYDAY WE FACE SERIOUS THINGS) And this will never stop for us until.......we get these mongrels in Washington D.C. to realize that we can send them to the pound on election day!!

First, we know that big business is behind all this crap. So, the easiest thing to do now and forever until this crap is flushed is:

Don't Spend. May sales were down 1%. All these ignorameses who think these politicians make their sales figures need to be reminded WHO REALLY MAKES THEIR SALES FIGURES. We do. Hit them where it hurts.

Don't Spend on any thing that is not essential.

Don't Use a Credit Card or DEbit Card. Go the bank and get cash enough for a week and pay with cash.

PAY off the credit cards as fast as you can. CitiGroup, JPMorgan Chase, Wachovia, MBNA...are all sponsors and funders of these awful not-for-profit organizations.

Put the savings in a little bank....open a new account....take the money away from these people kissin' the wrong butts; conspiring to END our Nation and probably heading us to War with Mexico.

We'll get with William when he's got time and set some priorities.

THE POWER IS IN PURSE....GROW YOURS, DEPLETE THEIRS.

We are the largest market in the world....therefore we control our destiny by our expenditures....OR LACK THEREOF.

They think mistakenly that Americans are just a bunch of silly spendthrifts. Well....maybe we've been abit extravagant....so much credit available....but we can stop that in ONE DAY.

These Globalist companies are actually very fragile, all on "margin" now, very "thin" margins. They will actually be very easy to break, because they've been bigger spendthrifts than we have. Another month or two of declining sales.....and we've dropped them to their knees!!

Senate passes bill extending licenses to illegal immigrants is a real sore spot with me. Drivers licenses should only be extended to legals and those who are on the legal path and NOT TO ILLEGALS. In addition, drivers license SHOULD ONLY BE ISSUED TO THOSE WHO CAN PROVE LEGAL CITIZENSHIP WITH VERIFIABLE BONIFIED DOCUMENTS. Those who are on the legal path should have some skills in speaking and reading English and that means comprehending what they read before being issued those licenses. To issue illegals driver’s licenses is one of the most stupid things our state governments have ever done. First of all, I think illegals who apply for drivers licenses who can't speak English should be apprehended immediately and ushered back across the border where they came from not 10 years after the fact but IMMEDIATELY and with the rest of their illegal family. This is idiotic and a blatant disregard for immigration laws not to apprehend and deport them.

HOW CAN THE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTAL BODIES EXPECT LAW ABIDING TAX PAYING LEGAL CITIZENS TO CONTINUE FOLLOWING THE LAW WHEN THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT EXPECT ILLEGALS TO FOLLOW AND RESPECT THE LAW AND THEY ARE NOT HELD ACCOUNTABLE NOR ARE THE POLITICIANS?

IT MAKES NO SENSE AND I WOULD TELL THAT TO BUSH, HILLARY, MEMBERS OF CONGRESS, THE DOJ, THE SUPREME COURT, THE NC LEGISLATURE, THE STATE AG, GOV. EASLEY AND THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY OR ANYONE ELSE WHO WOULD HEAR ME OUT.

How many legals have been killed or maimed over the years by illegals driving on the road with no insurance? They just leave the scene of the accident if they are able to walk away. If not, they are transported to the ER with free medical treatment. DOES THIS MAKE SENSE??? I'd like to hear some elected politicians e...splain that to me? We have to cover ourselves with uninsurance policies along with the other insurance requirements to protect ourselves from financial damages. No insurance will protect you nor I from being killed by an illegal driving on the highway.

NC is one on the worse states I know when it comes to giving licenses away to illegals and I do mean giving them away. It is a license to kill, mame, and do what you want to do on the highway. Driving license should mean something like you ARE LEGAL FOR ONE THING, know how to read and speak English, comprehend English, and know how to drive! When people stop at green traffic lights and look for traffic, don't even try to tell me they know how to drive. I have personally witnessed this!

WHEN WILL WE EVER START TO EXPECT OUR GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS TO START ENFORCING THE LAWS ALREADY ON THE BOOKS AND HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE?
