Senators Seek Crackdown On Illegal Student Visas

ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — Five U.S. senators are calling for a federal crackdown on what they say are phony colleges handing out student visas to potential criminals and terrorists.

Sens. Diane Feinstein of California, Claire McCaskill of Missouri, Jon Tester of Montana, Bill Nelson of Florida and Charles Schumer of New York say the colleges are fronts for people who pay to illegally enter the United States.

The Democrats are calling on the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and Homeland Security to share information that could help identify the fake colleges.

The senators note several of the Sept. 11 terrorists entered the United States on student visas. They also cite recent incidents in California and in Florida where schools have been accused of being involved in the illegal visa scheme.

“Sham universities are not real institutions of higher learning, but rather operate solely for the purpose of manipulating immigration law to admit foreign nationals into the country,â€

This should have been done years ago but better late than never. Also when they find someone with expired visas then deport them and the family along withthem.

They just busted one of these phony colleges in Pleasanton CA. Pleasanton is a very rich and upscale area. An area where a lot of the elite from the Silicon Valley and Bay area live. Enough power and money to put the heat on Feinstein - You know not in my backyard.

Tri-Valley University, housed in a single building in Pleasanton, Calif., was shut down on Jan. 19 and labeled a "sham university" by immigration officials. When the school was shut down, more than 1,000 foreign students were stripped of their student status that allows them to stay in America to study. Since January, at least 18 students were required by Immigration and Customs Enforcement to wear ankle bracelets so their locations could be tracked.

Officials claim that the university and its chief operations officer, Susan Su, have been "paid millions of dollars by foreign nationals to illegally obtain student visas," according to a civil forfeiture complaint filed in California. The students – who are primarily from India – and their attorneys denied those allegations to ABC News, claiming that they were victims of fraud.

Criminal charges have yet to be filed against the university or the students. Su, through her attorney, refused to comment on the accusations against her.

Attorneys representing former Tri-Valley students living in California, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia claim that Su misled students into thinking that taking online classes complied with immigration laws and that they were taking full course loads.

The students so far have three options. They can report to ICE to pick a day to voluntarily depart the United States, they can depart the U.S. on their own or they can file to be reinstated by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

The allegations against Tri-Valley wouldn't make it the first sham university. In October 2010, students attending CMG Computer Center were stripped of their student status. Unlike the Tri-Valley case, the students weren't immediately stripped of their student status. They had until Jan. 22, 2011 to transfer to another school to regain their student status or leave the country.

Me to. I honestly believe that each and every member of this administration is stalling to allow these people to have as many anchor babies as possible thus making it harder to remove them. It's all about money. The powers that be want to stack us like wood because THEY profit from overcrowding. THEY also don't have to live amongst these criminals because THEY have not only rewarded these criminals for breaking our laws as well as making it easy for them to get by with not following the laws like we are made to as they also keep themselves well paid, well fed and the best medical treatments possible and WE pay for it.

I'm all for the death penalty and it should start being handed out to traitors of the US. Each and every congressman, senator, administrator as well as employers that hire them need to be tried for treason, aiding and abetting etc, jailed or banished from the US. These crooks and criminals have only gotten away with giving away our country to foreigners to enrich themselves because we allowed it. They keep the majority of the sheeple clueless, because most don't care about anything other than flat screen TVs, cell phones, internet, game boxes, cable etc UNTIL it affects them directly.

We have a man with "Hussein" as a middle name in the White House of the US of A. White Christians are being attacked full force by every disgusting fringe group in the US and it's perfectly acceptable but God forbid if you offend any minorities, muslims, illegal immigrants.

Our illegal immigration problem could be solved overnight by:

Ending any and ALL benefits including medical and education, food etc. You do not "reward" criminals.

Ending the anchor baby scam
You do not "reward" criminals

Publicly humiliate and "jail and fine" all employers that hire illegal immigrants for long sentences.
You do not "reward" criminals

Give all who want to leave peacefully one week to get packed and headed home after that start confiscating all their possessions like they do for victimless crimes like marijuana and all funds go toward repairing roads, schools, and neighborhoods from all the destruction caused by illegal immigrants.
You do not "reward" criminals

Last but not least NO foreigners are allowed to hold any type of public office and any and all politicians caught aiding abetting foreigners over Americans shall be removed from office forever, jailed and fined.

Grow a set, do this and we can rebuild immediately, anything less is just stalling while they have more anchor babies.

These politicians are toying with us pure and simple, I can't believe the folks coming out in the thousands to protest themselves a bigger pay check while 20 million illegal immigrants are 99 percent of all our economic woes with war/occupation running second place. Yet there they are, camping, carrying signs etc.

Meanwhile the 20 million illegals are having millions of anchor babies, stealing millions of jobs, overcrowding all schools, hospitals and prisons and sending billions out of the country daily!

So where are the protesters for this?

Until we gather a million or more people and march to the White House these crooks and criminals will continue to rape and pillage our country, by criminals I mean the politicians and the illegal immigrants.
