When we watch a magician perform, we are often amazed — "How did he do that?" Our eyes are purposefully drawn to the small bait while he does the big magic, sleight of hand and other hidden trickery. This is what is happening in America today. Magicians are performing big events while we citizens' eyes are drawn to divisive, minor issues.

We are being tricked. Where are our eyes looking? Americans are focused on their individual rights to not breathe secondhand smoke, to not hear prayer in public, to not see a cross on a hillside, to not pledge the allegiance to the U.S. Flag. Meanwhile the constitutional bedrock is being eroded before our very eyes. Individuals have fought for the right to shout obscenities and parade naked in streets even though the pavement they dance on may no longer be U.S. owned. Major constitutional rights of American property and liberty are at stake.

We spend our time fretting about the nation's political divisiveness, while the major magic tricks are already taking place.

The Continuing Sell Off of America:


The U.S. Supremes went against the Constitution in the Kelo-Connecticut case where a developer, not a public works commitment, won over citizens' rights to own and keep their property. Sets a new precedent for greedy land-grabbing over citizens' constitutional rights.


The Dubai ports debacle is still ongoing and we could still have foreign companies running our ports. Remember the China company and Long Beach port during the Clinton years? Where's our national security leaders?


Strangled by government restrictions and tax regulations, our manufacturing base and many other corporations have moved, or are planning to move, into third-world countries. Our middle-class job base shrinks while minimum wage jobs grow.


Illegals danced in the streets waving Mexican flags proclaiming their sovereignty of U.S. land. If not now, soon.


We are still watching as Pres. Bush defends his Illegal Guest Worker (amnesty) Program and the Senate backs him up — despite overwhelming resistance from "we the people."

We now know why. In 2005 he committed the U.S. to a three-way pact called the Security and Prosperity Partnership with Mexico's Pres. Fox and Canadian then-Prime Minister Paul Martin. Unbeknownst to we the people.

The three North American magicians have proposed a long-term plan encompassing a six-lane super highway running from the Mex-Tex border and eventually ending in Kansas City. The borders would be wide open with Mexican trucks carrying giant containers North. Kansas City would include a Mexican Customs Office run by Mexico. Where is the Security in this plan?

I have been following the coverage and exposure by World Net Daily of these significant changes planned for we the people. Pres. Bush's supporter, Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, has proposed Senate Bill 3622 which would establish a "North American Investment Fund." This means we Americans will pay to develop and raise Mexico up to an equal economic level with the U.S. or it could mean the opposite.

Two more omens that America is now up for grabs:


Many states are selling or leasing taxpayer funded toll roads — to foreign investors for as long as 99 years. They would do well to look at what happened to Orange County, CA, when they had to spend double the money to buy back a toll-road lease partially owned by a French company. The original lease prevented Orange County from building more infrastructure.


U.S. Airlines may soon be run by and partially owned by Foreign Companies. U.S. pilots are incensed and fighting for their survival. Congress knows and has issued warnings to Pres. Bush and his Administration. This magic trick has not reached the volcanic stage yet.


Is this good for our nation? Is our sovereignty at stake? Is our Constitution no longer what counts as a governing document? Is the New World Order our future? While we lift others up, will we bring ourselves down? What does this mean for our standard of living? Is Economics seen as the sole reason America exists? Entangled with the economies of Central and South America?

What happened to Self-Reliant, Self-Sufficient America? We can no longer live in secure knowledge that our personal property belongs to us nor that our national land belongs to us; that we will be protected from terrorists on what soil we do own; that America will remain a sovereign nation.

The Big Magic is happening. What can we the people do about it? Are we going to allow America to be sold to the lowest bidders?

The magicians are busy keeping American eyes focused on sleight-of-hand tricks. Much in the media makes little sense. Divisive political games hold center stage which have nothing to do with the good of our country. The mainstream media is ignoring the biggest story of all, besides Islamic terrorism: the selling of America. Where is our outrage? Anger at our elite leaders? Where is Congress? Why are they not investigating the ongoing potential and future merger with Mexico and Canada?


The secretive Security and Prosperity Partnership with Canada and Mexico is moving right along. The first stage, a 10-lane superhighway will cut a swath from the Mexico-Texas to the Oklahoma border with mexican trucks and rail containers traveling along it. In future, more super highways reaching all the way into Canada.


With the blessing of the Texas Department of Transportation, Cintra, a member of Spain's Grupo Ferrovial, will partner with Texas local developer, Zachry Construction Group, to begin construction of the "Trans-Texas Corridor" early next year. Translation: Over 550,000 acres required from Texas landowners.

In increments, we will transition into a North American Union with open borders which will someday include merged economies, one currency, and most probably, a melding of governments, much like the European Union. It is probable that this is why Pres. Bush, his administration, and Congress have not fought very hard to secure our borders.

Ever since the 90s when I realized that foreigners were buying up our real estate, I have wondered why our state and federal governments allowed this taking of American soil. The America I once knew is all but gone in the wake of the advances in de-civilization long sought by the humanists, socialists, progressives and now the neo-global conservatives and liberals. That's progress? Our land no longer belongs to "we the people."


Do you remember when we bought products made by our own people? We were buying a piece of America, supporting our citizens and workers. Clothes fit better too.

For example: My husband complains every time he wants to buy another pair of Levis. Used to be, up until the late 90s, he could walk into any Levi-stocked store, pick up a pair in his size and never have to try them on. Aaah!! Now he must try them on 1) to see if they fit, one size can vary by two inches and 2) check the cut of the bias-seams, as now we can't be sure if the legs will hang straight or one leg may slant to the side.

In 2003, the LA Times reported: "Levi uses about 500 contractors to produce its apparel in 50 countries, including Mexico, China, and Bangladesh." A high percentage of our industrial and technological companies have moved to the greener pastures of cheaper labor.

It is evident that companies with their roots in the good old US of A hold no loyalty to American workers. Job security no longer exists; no more working and being loyal to one company for 30-40 years, retiring with a gold watch and pension. Those companies are long gone.

One major result is apparent. We have traded quality for quantity and variety. We have also lost quality jobs. When there was a big deal a few years ago about products "made in America," we should have paid more attention. Now go to any retailer and find anything made on our soil.

The elite economists have already decided our future without our imput. As the trade deficit deepens and more foreigners take on American jobs in manufacturing, service and technological industries, the only conclusion is that America as the land of the free is on the wane. America's and Canada's prosperity will decrease as the Mexican population's standard of living rises.

If we believe that all things are interconnected, then economics, capitalism, free trade (which no nation has), systems of governments, cultural mores and religions, laws, and standards of living are intertwined. If one element changes, the others will soon follow.

If this seemingly unstoppable global expansion continues, "we the people" must prepare our children for a much different world than the one we now live in. It means a lower standard of living and a lack of quality jobs. This could be the century the United States of America will fade into the background and become a blip on the screen of world history.

"We the people" must make up our minds--fight to keep our America or cede to the elitists with their grandiose plans for the world.

Write your local, state and federal representatives and let them know you are "the people."
