Spanish Speaking find Dream Homes in NC

    Asheville, NC. (PRWEB)
Spanish speaking families can now find their dream home in North Carolina with the launch of Coldwell Banker Kasey & Associates’ Spanish-language website.

Spanish speaking families have been calling North Carolina home for years. North Carolina homes are among the most highly sought after homes in the country as a result of their beautiful surroundings, rising home values and great neighborhoods in communities such as Asheville, Black Mountains, Hendersonville and Waynesville. Great communities, neighbors, schools, places of worship, recreation and employment are what North Carolina is all about and many families are looking to establish or re-establish their roots.

Recent census data shows the Hispanic community to be the largest growing community in the United States with an astonishing growth rate of 16.7 percent between 1994 and 2001. Recent estimates indicate that 48% of Hispanics that do not currently own a home are likely to buy a home, translating to the Hispanic community purchasing over 18 million homes in the immediate future.

Few real estate agencies in the country, and virtually no real estate agencies in North Carolina have equipped their websites – one of the first places homebuyers go to look for homes – to assist the Hispanic community the way Coldwell Banker Kasey & Associates has with the launch of its Spanish language website. Coldwell Banker Kasey & Associates represents one of the first real estate agencies in North Carolina that has launched a website and corresponding services specifically for the Spanish-speaking community.

Coldwell Banker Kasey & Associates concentrate their real estate services in community-friendly areas of North Carolina such as Asheville, Black Mountain, Hendersonville and Waynesville. With the emphasis on family and community in these areas being stronger than many other areas around the state and the country and with the aid provided through innovative websites such as Coldwell Banker Kasey & Associates, Hispanic families will find it easier than ever to establish roots in those North Carolina communities.

The launching of Coldwell Banker Kasey & Associates’ Spanish language website will help all Hispanic families find their dream home in North Carolina.

I'd opine this marketing magnet will create many new illegal alien homeowners. At an extreme, if the laws are enforced, the financial impact would rival the current sub-prime disaster. This cannot be good for our nation's health.

Spanish Speaking Find Dream Home In N.C.

Well can you fancy that? it get worse every minute! Where are the dream homes of the homeless in this state and for those that were victims of Katrina,do they not deserve a home too? This is just too much and it makes me mad as H--- to know that illegals take priority over LEGAL AMERICAN CITIZENS! I think that every elected official at the local, state and federal level should be voted out. There will be an exception of a few and we know who they are. What in the name of GOD is this country coming to? American Citizens just don't matter anymore and thats the truth. Everything is being given to these people on a silver platter. The democrats are kissing a-- with the illegals just to get votes and that is ashame. Every voter ought to vote for a republican canidate who is anti-illegal immigrant if there would be a chance that these people WILL NOT BE GRANTED THEIR DEMANDS.WE have homeless and hungry American Citizens in this country but who is OUR GEVERNMENT LOOKING OUT FOR? illegal immigrants thats who. GOD BLESS AMERICA, because our government has forsaken us for the country of Mexico.

Welcome to ALIPAC LadyStClaire. your post was spot on. I couldn't have said it better myself.
Calderon was absolutely right when he said...."Where there is a Mexican, there is Mexico".

Does someone in the group speak Spanish fluent enough to call and ask if they sell homes to and finance undocumented workers? If so, I live in NC and will be more than glad to get their response in the local papers. The last thing I want is more illegal immigrants!

    Thanks
