I would love to have the Honorable Senator Spector explain what issue(s) has such importance that it takes priority over the loss of our country. He just doesn't get it.

Yes, another alleged Republican who wants to push amnesty, not long after the Dem leader Rahm Emanuel said that the Dems wouldn't tackle this until a Democratic president's second term (2012 or so). But keep in mind, next year is an election year and prez politics and other politics can possibly muddle things - one of the big reasons why Specter et al wanted to ram this through this summer.

Of course, we should stay on top of this though & not let our guard down, keep calling to let our elected officials know this further Specter amnesty plan is not acceptable -- now or after January 1. Attrition through enforcement is the way to go. This problem didn't occur overnight, and it doesn't have to be solved overnight.
