Lamar Smith's committee is focusing hearings on E-verify that will enable all employers to use the system to hire legally, because he's stated in news interviews that he believes the first focus should be on employers hiring illegally and streamlining deportations. Today, jail time is an option for all these immigration crimes under federal law. Until we get a Judiciary system that is willing to imprison those who violate these laws, they walk with a fine.

What might be a better alternative to incarceration is to publish the names of the illegal employers who aren't using E-verify and the names of the employees who aren't verified, then encourage unemployed American Workers to sue these companies for civil rights and labor violations associated with the illegal and unverified hiring practices.

Whew! This Country is in one hell of a mess and someone need to step up and quickly correct the major problems that is affecting Americans lives so drastically.

Homeland Security and ICE is doing all in their powers to eliminate crime offenders throughout the U.S. but, yet we have people encouraging undocumented aliens to stay and arrive to this Country because they are supplying jobs, issuing drivers licences and using every tool they can think of to keep immigrants in the United States, knowing and are fully aware illegal immigrants are destroying this Country daily in ever way possible, fraud, criminal acts, threatening our law makers, protesting against American laws, and even gone as far as to fly Mexico Country flag in front yards, with American Country flag hanging beneath. How much more will it take to open some people eyes and to have them to see we are losing our Country to undocumented criminals, who's only mission is to make themselves wealthy while American citizens suffer. This is absolutely a nightmare that is scaring the heck out of me. Because I cannot figure out why our Country leaders are allowing all of those things to happen in the most popular Country in the world, United States*

Arizona , Calif and Nevada are now mexican held territories

Soon other states will fall under the shadow , many are already

Advo groups in these states regularly hold meetings with agents or reps of the mexican govt

All of this happened in about 10 years or less
