Many states are not listed as officially giving DL to illegals BUT they have made the process of obtaining a DL ridiculously easy.

Pennsylvania allows one to order online a DL (when paperwork comes, go to a center for photo id) which requires a SS # & address - no checking of name, SS # - every illegal in Philadelphia and there are a lot due to sanctuary city status proclaimed by mayor & city council (never asked the populace) is driving.

They ALL drive and they are ALL illegals!
