Article IV, Section 4 of our Constitution provides, "The United States shall guarantee to every State in the Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

No state can have a republican form of government necessary to provide for the health, welfare, or security of its citizens if it is subject to the continual massive trespass of invaders sanctioned by the federal government.
