Suspect arrested for Maquiladora Manager's Murder

REYNOSA - Mexican authorities have arrested Jesus Santiago Elizondo for the murder of Ricardo Garcia.

Elizondo's arrest comes almost two months after the murder. Ricardo Garcia was the manager of the Black and Decker Maquiladora in Reynosa.

He was murdered on December of 2010. Mexican and U.S. officials worked together to make the arrest. Investigators have never released a motive for the murder.
