Texas DPS Arrests Gang Member During High-Speed Pursuit Smuggling 8 Illegal Aliens, 3 of Them Special Interest Aliens from China (VIDEO)

Since President Donald Trump resumed office in January of 2025, the US has had the strongest border security. Illegal crossings are down over 99 percent.

The nation is still suffering the consequences of open borders under the Biden administration over the past four years. An estimated 15 million illegal aliens invaded the US under that corrupt regime.

Texas DPS has been committed to pursuing illegal aliens and human smugglers. They have also worked with Border Patrol to remove illegal aliens from the country.

The DPS went on a high-speed chase in Maverick County, pursuing a gang member who was smuggling eight illegal aliens. Five of them were from Mexico, and the other three were from China and are considered special interest aliens.

Article IV, Section 4 of the US Constitution gives the federal government the authority and responsibility to protect the country from an invasion.

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.” Article IV, Section 4 of the US Constitution.

Law and order has been restored under President Trump.
