Thousands of illegal aliens preying on children

Top officials at the Department of Homeland Security had announced that arrests during the first two years of Operation Predator, an initiative aimed at foreign nationals who prey on children, have exceeded 6,000.

The majority of the arrests under Operation Predator — roughly 85% — have involved foreign nationals in this country whose child sex crimes make them eligible for removal from the United States. By matching immigration databases with state Megan's law directories, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents have arrested more than 1,800 registered sex offenders.

With federal, state and local law enforcement working together, the initiative has resulted in 6,085 child predator arrests throughout the country — an average of roughly 250 arrests per month and eight arrests per day. While arrests have been made in every state, most have occurred in these states: Arizona (207), California (1,57, Florida (255), Illinois (282), Michigan (153), Minnesota (190), New Jersey (423), New York (367), Oregon (14 and Texas (545).

"We are seeing an alarming number of illegal aliens with criminal records for everything from homicides to rapes of children as young as three years of age," states former NYPD Detective Sid Francis, who investigated sex crimes in New York City.

Research in the area of child predators is disturbing and, at times, out and out shocking. Det. Francis studied arrest reports involving criminal aliens who committed child sex crimes including Julio Cesar Rabago-Magana, a Mexican man who sexually assaulted a four-year-old child in a basement in Minneapolis, Minn. Rabago-Magana pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal sexual conduct. After serving his criminal sentence, he was arrested by Immigration agents at his St. Paul home and deported six days later.

"The illegal immigration problem is allowing hundreds of thousands of criminal aliens to invade our nation and kill, maim, rob and abuse our citizens, " warns the one of the vice presidents of the 14,000-member National Association of Chiefs of Police. Research revealed that in one 9-month period the federal government arrested over 100,000 criminal aliens. These arrests do not include arrests made by state and local law enforcement.

Det. Francis adds that our political leaders and the mainstream news media practically ignore this issue and pro-illegal immigration advocates resort to name-calling to silence anyone who attempts to sound the alarm.

"If anything, the President and the two houses of Congress are actually helping these fiends enter the US to assault citizens and their children. They appear more intent on locking up border patrol agents that stopping illegal alien thugs."

Jim Kouri, CPP is currently fifth vice-president of the National Association of Chiefs of Police. Hi Crusader01

Besides, it's all gonna be OBE pretty soon.
'Cause the age of consent is 12 in mexico.....
Guess what the age of consent for the North American Union will be? It'll be lower than Senator Kennedy's IQ, I guarantee you that.

Sorry Communist La Raza and H-1B lurkers, no graphics posted in this message thread!

What part of "We don't owe our jobs to India" are you unable to understand, Senator?

"The illegal immigration problem is allowing hundreds of thousands of criminal aliens to invade our nation and kill, maim, rob and abuse our citizens, "
But in places like Mexico the age of consent for sex is 12. Maybe they were simply confused and thought they meant the age of consent is measured in months, not years. Obviously, these wonderful illegals just don't understand our absurd laws. You surely can't hold them responsible for doing things that in their own country are culturally acceptable. How dare we impose ideals and customs on these poor illegals for doing what they think is perfectly acceptable in their home countries.

What next, we start expecting them to obey things like immigration, employment, income tax, fake and stolen document, identity theft, domestic abuse, animal cruelty, DUI and Hit & Run laws? How xenophobic and racist can we get, aren't we supposed to be a nation of immigrants? We just need to start enforcing our laws based on the more rationally acceptable global cultural standards.

After all, like Bush says, if not for these hard working migrants, we'd all be homeless without the houses they build, a head of lettuce would cost $10, there would be no one to clean our toilets and nanny our kids, being as we are all far too lazy to care for ourselves without their incredible contributions to our economy and society. What are we going to do, force them to adhere to our laws and jail them, or worse deport them from our country and end up wallowing around in our own feces?

    Hi Reptile 09,

I think that, with your writing style, you should be on the front page of every newspaper in the country (while we still have a country).

It would seem that whatever mexican criminal laws are out there would become the basis for our new laws under the North American Union. The mexicanlaw.com website appears to be less than useful, it seems to be case law oriented, and you have to send em money to get details.

Might be more prudent to look at enforcement and lack of enforcement in mexico to become the new norm under the North American Union.

Might be just as useful to look at screwed up countries like Haiti to get an idea of the applicability of law enforcement under the North American Union. What about child labor? Are we gonna see child labor under the North American Union? Is Nuevo Laredo the role model for life under the Dictatorship of the North American Union?

What part of "We don't owe our jobs to India" are you unable to understand, Senator?

Think about what you just wrote, April.

You're right, April, but look again.

    Look again.

Could it be, April, that some senators [not all, but some] read or know about these crimes.....

    and

they're busting out laughing about it? Or winking at each other?

coto, you're insane, nobody thinks like that Moderator, ban this lunatic at once!
No, I'm not insane, not yet anyway.
    They're winking and laughing and planning G L O B A L I S M

What pisses 'em off is that these crimes are getting reported.
What gratifies 'em is that these crimes are being overlooked by the mainstream news.

    April.

Read articles written by Dr. Thomas Ice, and you'll know.

Look back in history, example, ancient Rome, where, at times, homicide was considered a sport - worth lots of laughs.

April - they're falling all over themselves trying to reward these illegals. Are these killings a sport for their enjoyment (to laugh about)?

"Life is cheap," isn't it Senator
