    They haven't failed yet. Mexico has sent 1,000 Federalis to the border with Guatemala and the last statement I heard from Mexican "high official" on the news is they're pissed now, because they were violent with their police, so they don't want these people either, they're taking it personally now, and said "if we don't stop this now we'll have groups like this coming in every week!" Yeah, DUH.
