TIJUANA — Tijuana was the setting Monday for the launch of an identity card program aimed at minors across Mexico, a move that authorities said would reduce paperwork as well as protect against child trafficking, prostitution and other forms of abuse.

As hundreds of uniformed students from Miguel Hidalgo Elementary School watched, sixth-grader Leslie Carolina GarcÃ*a became the first person in Mexico to register for the card.

Mexico’s interior minister, José Francisco Blake Mora, called it a “historic dayâ€

you are right that BS we are not racists I just don't want them to come Over & think we own them any thing whick we don't . but we go over to mexico or any other country we have to show every thing

A citizen on the street can also walk up to an American just visiting Mexico and ask for paperwork too. Seems they think their ID card should be correct but when their phony IDs hit our country we are not supposed to question them. Remember the matricular card that they don't accept but our own government said is okay.
