Until the border(s) is truly secure, just deporting illegal alien criminals convicted of a serious crime is a waste of time and money.

I say ALL illegal aliens convicted of serious crimes be sent to Sheriff Joe's tent city where they can serve out their FULL sentence on chain gains cleaning up the trash left behind by illegals sneaking over the southwest border and then deport them.

A mandatory incarceration time would put a dent in making money. I have heard Mexico has a 2 year period of incarceration, sounds like something we should adopt. If you can't beat them, join them.
