Proposal to make jailers determine immigrant status headed to Tennessee governor

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — A proposal to require Tennessee jailers to determine whether inmates are in the country illegally is headed to the governor for his consideration.

Lawmakers reconciled their differences on the legislation and sent it to Democratic Gov. Phil Bredesen on Wednesday. He's expected to review the measure once it reaches his desk.

It would require jailers to provide information if a person's citizenship status cannot be determined from documents in the individual's possession when arrested or if the person is illegally in the country.

Republican Senate sponsor Delores Gresham of Somerville says "it is merely information sharing."

Under the agreement, no counties are exempt, and jailers wouldn't have to deport anyone.

Supporters of the legislation say it's necessary because many jailers — particularly those in rural areas — don't always report such information.

The proposal is getting opposition from the local sheriff in Nashville because it adds to the work load of law enforcement. Excuses, excuses. The real deal is the chamber of commerce, a front for mason operations across the business classes, arranges who gets to run for public office. Much of the metro council, the mayor, the governor, the lt. governor, the sheriff, many judges, civil servants, and on and on and on are masons. They're engaged in illegal immigration operations. That explains the provision that deportation is not necessary. The greatest concentration of illegal immigrants in Nashville are in districts represented by known masons. Abolish the masons to get headway on both illegal immigration and globalization, their two biggest operations at this time and they were planned a long, long, long time ago. Just look at the dollar bill, an incomplete pyramid. George Washington's annointing ceremony of tracing a triangle followed by a line through it (incomplete pyramid) during his inauguration. The "builders of cities" ensured there'd come a way to build this country to fall. I say expose them as a prerequisite to run for office, expose everyone who ever held office who was a mason, and the public will learn how embedded this order is in our nation. They spy on us. They are pulling the rug of this country out from under it
