This is what happens when you have powerful entities like the ACLU,Maldef, etc. trying to make the laws of this land inept. This is what happened years ago when Californians overwhelmingly passed prop. 187 which would have basically stopped many of these"enabling' programs for illegals. The point of the lawsuit is not to win. It is to harrass. The OBL has a long track record of using lawsuits to make the men and women who serve and protect our communities afraid to do their jobs.

Just visit your local chamber of commerce's website to get an idea of what we're up against. There's a lot of rich and powerful people who really like cheap illegal labor subsidized by American taxpayers.
