    Did I say that? NO!

I simply pointed out his voting record and how he voted on HR 6136

IMO, it is a gag a maggot situation.

NumbersUSA who gave him that rating supported HR 6136 as did Center for Immigration Studies, Mark Krikorian, as did FAIR. We opposed the bill here because of the DACA amnesty, which in the Goodlatte bill was originally just the 690,000 existing DACAs, I don't know if that was upped later or not. The Grassley bill in the Senate had the 1.8 million DACAs.

If Republicans don't win the midterms, which means working to elect every Republican on the ballots in November, we're going to wish we'd supported those bills which both met the 4 pillars and 70 point plan of Donald J Trump to fix this immigration mess.

Opposing one person doesn't mean you support the other. For example, I've never voted for or supported a Democrat, however, there have also been a lot of Republicans I didn't support.

With that said, I understand what you're saying, but sometimes folks find it difficult to choose which snake they want to get bit by .... rattlesnake or copperhead.

Why would it be difficult? If you want to call Republicans who have blocked every amnesty they could since 1986 "snakes", that's fine, i just don't know why. If you want to call a Republican who gets a $5 billion amendment for the wall and border security into an appropriations bill because he also wants to get rid of "country caps" on green cards to make it merit-based, that's fine, I just don't know why. If you want to confuse a Republican who didn't say "nay" to an amendment with a Democrat who introduced the amendment to expand asylum seeking, that's fine, I just don't know why.

We have to learn to oppose a policy or position without destroying the people we need to make any progress for our cause. Otherwise, we'll have another 15 years of stopping amnesty but never stopping illegal immigration.

Do you understand why the theme song at all the Trump Rallies was the Rolling Stones "you can't always get what you want"? Because it's a great truth which Trump understands better than most people, it's not what you want, it's what you can get. If someone is sitting there earning $20,000 a year and is on Medicaid and Food Stamps, and they decide they want a $200,000 job, that's fine, but when an employer offers them a full time job that pays $60,000 a year plus great benefits, would you admire them for turning it down because they want a job that pays $200,000 a year? No, I don't think so, I think you'd call them stupid. But then who knows, you might applaud them for standing by their "principles".

The Seven Amnesties Passed by Congress
    1. Immigration and Reform Control Act (IRCA), 1986: A blanket amnesty for some 2.7 million illegal aliens
    2. Section 245(i) Amnesty, 1994: A temporary rolling amnesty for 578,000 illegal aliens
    3. Section 245(i) Extension Amnesty, 1997: An extension of the rolling amnesty created in 1994
    4. Nicaraguan Adjustment and Central American Relief Act (NACARA) Amnesty, 1997: An amnesty for close to one million illegal aliens from Central America
    5. Haitian Refugee Immigration Fairness Act Amnesty (HRIFA), 1998: An amnesty for 125,000 illegal aliens from Haiti
    6. Late Amnesty, 2000: An amnesty for some illegal aliens who claim they should have been amnestied under the 1986 IRCA amnesty, an estimated 400,000 illegal aliens
    7. LIFE Act Amnesty, 2000: A reinstatement of the rolling Section 245(i) amnesty, an estimated 900,000 illegal aliens

LOL. I see you're still staying away from discussing the Price amendment and the other amendments that will expand on our current guest worker programs. Yep, Trump's new buddy Yoder is responsible for that!

I know exactly why you've jumped to Yoder's defense as I'm sure other can see it too.

I certainly hope others can see. It's crucial they do. I defend Yoder because he's a Republican incumbent, and most likely to win the primary. If someone else wins the Republican primary, I'll defend and support them. I've made it clear my position is:

    VOTE REPUBLICAN IN 2018!!!

As to the other part of your post, I said Republicans have defeated every amnesty since 1986 that we could. Sometimes we can't. Back then, it was near impossible. There's an old saying, have the courage to change the things you can, the serenity to accept the things you can't, and the wisdom to know the difference.

Did Trump end Executive Branch "DACA"? Yes. GOOD!

Did Congress pass a "Dreamer" or DACA" bill? No. GOOD!

Do we still have a Court-forced DACA? Yes. BAD!

Is Trump changing the Courts as fast as he can? Yes. GOOD!

Are Republicans in Congress helping him do that? Yes. GOOD!

Why are there more Democrats in the United States than Republicans? Because too many "Republicans" feed DemoQuacks steak on a silver platter while eating their own. You need to stop it. Politics is about votes and winning elections. If you don't win, you can't fix shit.

Yep, and the fact that Trump came out in support of him wouldn't have anything to do with it.

It has nothing to do with it. Until this afternoon, when I looked i up, I didn't even know he had other candidates he's running against in the Republican Primary. Maybe they can't win the General for one reason or another, don't know, don't care. Just support the Republicans in November against the DEMOQUACKS, whoever is on the ballot.
