Jose Reyes Alfaro, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, has been charged with 3 counts of first degree murder.

Illegal immigrant Jose Oswaldo Reyes-Alfaro was charged with three counts of first-degree murder and three counts of the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony in the Feb 10. shooting deaths of William Ashcraft, 37, his mother, Brenda Ashcraft, 56, and Julio Cesar Ulloa, 48, in Manassas. Two others were shot and an elderly woman slashed with a machete during the attacks.
