-willing to shut up, be compliant and not bring up any safety issues or problems observed in the workplace
-willing to accept any abuse, shift changes, mandatory work hours the employer so desires
-willing to reject any unionization overtures
-willing to not bring any experience whatsoever or educational background into the job
-willing to nod my head in agreement with whatever I'm told since I only understand Spanish
-willing to learn hand signals given by the employer so i have at least a small clue as to what is going on.
