Here's a hint. When you post an article, you post the link. That's been the rule around here since before I joined ALIPAC 5 years ago.

I want to post the link to this thread with the article and link in the thread so everyone can read the comments to the article, and now I suppose instructions on how to use Google.

Here's a hint.
If you have a GOOGLE toolbar just highlight the headline and it will appear in the GOOGLE search box. Click on the SEARCH button and it will take you to the article, and others with similar headlines. Or, you can copy and paste a headline into any search box and click on search with the same affect.

I wanted to post the link to the thread with the link to the article in the first post with the article. I can't edit your post and insert the link, the author of the post would have to do that, which in this case is you.
