That's a novel idea, but I have a lot more confidence in the American Voter than to believe any of US were "tricked" into voting for Trump. Trump was in the 48% to 49% approval ratings all week at Rasmussen, up 5 to 7 points. The risk of making this DACA issue all about Trump is shooting yourself in the foot. It makes sense to thunder against his DACA deal and I support fighting that all the way, but when it gets personal, it loses credibility and professionalism, in my view. This is politics, very serious business, it's not about a friend or personal relationship with the White House. It's about what you want to do for the country as well as what you can do for the country. To try and persecute and belittle and attack the first President in my adult life who has ever even tried to do something to fix this horrible immigration disaster really makes no sense to me. It's completely illogical.

Sure you could have voted for Hillary, most Americans did. You could have voted for Jeb or Rand or Lindsey or Ted or Bobby or Mike or 10 or 11 others too and be listening to "Madame President" every day. If you voted for Trump, you made the right decision, so it's impossible for me to grasp what people are talking about when they say they were betrayed or tricked or let down in some way. You haven't been betrayed or let down in any way, shape or form by this President and you certainly weren't tricked into voting for him. Despite all the hateful talk, he plows on trying to fix this mess which he didn't start, it was started by all the other choices you could have voted for, but one which he will end.

Like I said earlier, if you really want to stop DACA, you have to pull the money behind it, and that starts at church on Sunday. You pull the money away from the religious traitors, and you'll never heard the word "DACA" again. There is no group in the country more devoted to their money than all the religious organizations who are using their donations to do the Devil's Work in lobbying for DACA and all illegal immigration. It's where they're getting their new members. Americans have gotten pretty fed up with their crap and are dropping out and off, so they want DACA and Amnesty because that's where their new memberships are coming from.

This is not new, I wrote a long paper for ALIPAC 13 years ago titled "The Truth Behind Illegal Immigration" and showed everyone then the role of the Catholic Church and others involved in illegal immigration. Until recently, the Southern Baptists had stayed away from it and demanded the government enforce our laws, but I see they've folded and have jumped on the bandwagon with all the others. Do these pastors represent their membership? I seriously doubt it, but that doesn't matter, they show up in Congress and the White House as spokesmen for their "flocks", such a demeaning term, like a herd of stupid geese.

Forgive me Judy. I would never speak a malevolent word towards you.
The well being of my country is very personal to me. I don't think there has ever been a president that I thought is "OK in my book". So whoever is in the White House is inconsequential to the high esteem I hold for The United States.
    Now for Trump:
Day one, DACA should have, by his own words been cancelled. Pure and simple.
    Executive Order to begin DACA.
    Executive Order to end DACA.
Anything less was a giant fail on Trump's part.
I hope he pays politically for what he has failed to do.
I am a reprobate in anything and everything to further and continually support Trump.
    I'm finished with him.

Your choice, I'm just telling you my opinion, same as you are telling me yours.

Anyone who thought DACA 2012 would be "ended day one", never understood the difference between the 2014 DACA Expansion and DAPA that were legally challenged, and the earlier program already implemented that was never challenged in court.

Plus, I don't see a fail here. I see DACA ended by Trump, I see a lawsuit that's going to the US Supreme Court to determine if he can legally end it the way he did, I see a "deal" conspired by our "allies", a huge church advocacy pushing it, but that's still going nowhere, and I smell victory of some sort in the air.

I also see record earnings, rising wages, jobs and industry moving back to the US, rising GDP, repeal of the individual mandate, lower taxes that are helping all businesses and workers, rising numbers for the President, and DemoQuacks caving faster than you can count them on their "DACA deal".

But to bring our side home, you have to stop giving money to the churches abusing our laws and using their church leadership to unduly influence the US Congress and the President. If you don't stop sending these enemies money, then they could win. That would force Trump into a veto situation, and I don't think he will veto such a bill if it has what he wants in it. I don't see that happening. I'm not even sure if he gets everything he wants, it would even be the right thing to do.

We have a chance at winning some more Senate seats, but can we win enough to take control of the Senate? I would like to think so, but there's a risk we can't do that. I'm speaking of Republicans now, getting a 60 plus seat count in the Senate.

Trump won't pay politically for a DACA deal, he'll gain politically from a DACA deal. To me, it's not the right thing to do, I want them all deported, but there is no pain Trump will feel from it. I saw an Angel Mom interviewed yesterday, Mrs. Wilkerson, whose teenage son gave an illegal a ride, and was then beaten and tortured and strangled, his body taken out to a field and set on fire, she supports DACA but without citizenship. She thinks they should be able to continue living here, but never have the right to vote. But she's fine with a DACA.

It's crucial in politics to really understand where you are in order to know where you want to go and more importantly, how to get there.

When I speak about it not being personal, I'm talking about people who voted for Trump who are turning on him because they feel betrayed. Of course, our country is personal to us, all of us, as it should be. I'm really trying to say and apparently not doing a very good job at it, is Trump is trying to fix the problem, you disagree on how he wants to do that, so you feel tricked into voting for him, cheated somehow by him, and betrayed. Why? The man is trying to solve a problem, trying to stop illegal immigration with a wall and more enforcement and deportations. But he can't do that without the money for it, he can't get the money without a deal or 10 more Republican Senators. I'm optimistic and say do nothing, get 10 more Republican Senators, then you won't need a deal. But what are the odds of getting 10 more Senators? Long odds, but possible. So what does he do? Nothing on immigration for the next 7 years? Or something like a wall and more enforcement and deportations with a deal?

It's a hard call if you ask me. My vote is for doing nothing and work our butts off to elect 10 more Republicans to the Senate in 2018, but I can certainly understand the position of wanting to do something through a deal of some type in case that doesn't happen.

This is how I see it, my dear candidate Trump won the White House in 2016, my beloved Eagles won the Super Bowl in 2018, so I believe in miracles and that's why I believe we can win 10 more Republican seats in the US Senate and have a real majority in the US Senate in 2019 to pass our immigration bills without a deal. That's why I vote for DO NOTHING.

But I've got to tell you, all this negativity and hating on Trump, whimpering and whining about being tricked and betrayed, this stuff may be real to the people who for some reason feel this way, but it's not credible or professional and won't be taken seriously by anyone who matters. Just saying. At some point, all Americans need to cut threw the mud so they can see the truth. This whole immigration disaster has been based on deception, lies, pity parties and sob stories, all PR designed in darkness by 501 C 3 non-profits and churches in cahoots with the drug cartels funding them and the politicians protecting them. I hope and pray our side stays with the Light.

And to all those churches with all that money, who think welcoming a stranger means giving them some poor American's job, screw you!! You take your asses out of here to the countries of origin and you hand out your fish and bread with your money, your own money and leave our country and citizens alone.

God, these hypocrites makes me so sick, I could puke.

I really hope you are right about all the things you see. As far as "we" picking up Senate seats, I don't think that matters too much. The Dem Party is a giant SJW fest and the Repub party... I'll just say they have their problems too

    Me, too!!

My nephew who is working his way through college is majoring in economics at George Mason University, he's listened to his Aunt Judy talk politics and economics as long as he's been alive, so I was so thrilled when he told me he was majoring in economics. He calls me all the time to tell me what his professors said about this or that, and he tells his fellow students when they ask him a question he doesn't know the answer to, he'll call his aunt, she knows everything. Well, I don't know everything, but what I have done is work in fields that tried to replace the lost industry and jobs for 40 years so have been keen in direct knowledge of what has happened to our country. Knowing the job loss first hand from the closed plants, seeing and knowing how hard it is to replace those jobs, and what a losing battle it has been throughout our country since the 70's, and to understand the loss of wealth for Americans that has been a result of it, it leaves you with a special knowledge a lot of people in our academia and think tanks and institutions just don't have which makes them easy monkeys for the con jobs of open borders and free trade treason.

    The formula is very simple:

People In (Immigration) + Jobs Out (Free Trade Treason) = Bankrupt Nation

This is a law of the universe that has no correction without a reversal of both policies. It doesn't even matter whether it's legal or illegal immigration, it's immigration in total, and it doesn't matter whether it's free trade or WTO trade, it's trade overall. If you don't protect your jobs and trade, you will lose both. Just another law of the universe.

Judy, you need to quit obfuscating and being so patronizing. We're smart enough to know a promise when we hear it! President Donald Trump promised the American people he would end DACA immediately after taking his seat in the Oval Office. He actions after election on DACA showed him to be a complete and unquestioned liar on DACA. Yep, he pandered to Republican voters to gain favor and a ticket to the White House.

Had Trump kept his promise, the DACA issue would have already been resolved! His failure to keep his promise was favorable to DACA members and supporters. What his failure did was allow our opponents more time to stoke the fire in their favor!

TRUMP was a complete and undeniable failure on DACA and continues to be so!

I don't think Trump is a liar at all. But if you do, that's your opinion. How is your Hate Trump Movement working out for you? You might want to consider a new strategy.

Not a hate movement, just a simple observation of the facts on the DACA issue. Facts don't lie.

Yeah, you make this big thing against Trump over DACA when it's your own church and our ally organizations behind it. How honest do you really find your own position to be? Blaming a President who is trying stop illegal immigration and who needs money, resources and legislation to do it, but doesn't have the votes to pass anything while the Southern Baptists, your church and mine, and every other major "religious liberty" outfit in the country is pushing for a DACA deal that was proposed by NumbersUSA, Center for Immigration Studies and Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) sounds pretty damn dishonest to me.

And yes, these facts don't lie. People lie. Judge not lest ye be judged.
