Thread: Trump rescinds rule barring foreign students from taking all classes online

Weak move by the Trump Administration. Weary of holding out hope for anything meaningful. Tens of millions of illegal aliens will be eligible for amnesty with any amnesty granted to any size group. The illegal aliens under DACA do not hold “America First” views and will side with far left democrats on issues important to maintain a prospering America.

This about face is caving to the cheap foreign labor mob. Chamber of Commerce, Silicon Valley, Jared Kushner and friends, social justice trouble makers, and haters of “America First.”

The American people are not first with these amnesty overtures. “America First” patriotic citizens do not support or get away with the constant lawlessness that illegal aliens do in their everyday lives.

Trump's complete surrender is particularly risible since I'd heard they were debating whether to allow, for prudential reasons, foreign students already here to stay, even if all classes were online, but apply the rule (which has been on the books for years) only to new students.

F-1 visas have only ever been rewarded to foreign students taking in-person classes. Now, thanks to a Trump order, foreign students taking online-only classes can secure those visas.
