Thread: Trump to Sign Order in Attempt to End Birthright Citizenship, Axios Reports

I'd be extremely happy to see this happen, but excuse me for keeping my enthusiasm in check. I'm still stinging from Trump's failed executive order to end catch & release.

Go after the BANKS giving them bank accounts and home loans.

They are a big business that IS aiding and abetting illegal aliens!

NO BANK ACCOUNT

NO HOME LOANS

NO CAR LOANS!!!

Hopefully this will begin the process of ending this much abused amendment. Can see the attorneys falling all over themselves but if this means taking the issue all the way to the Supreme Court so be it....long long overdue.

“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”

According to a widely repeated Axios interview with President Trump the administration is considering an executive order to eliminate the “Anchor Baby” interpretation within the 14th Amendment focused on “Birthright Citizenship.”


If the initial review of the intent is accurate, President Trump would sign an executive order that would remove the right to citizenship for babies of non-citizens and unauthorized immigrants born on U.S. soil.

Until the 1960s, the 14th Amendment was never applied to undocumented immigrants, illegal aliens, or temporary (Visa) immigrants/visitors. The legal issues of birthright citizenship surrounding children born to non-legal parents inside the U.S. has never been decided by the Supreme Court.

So whoever made the decision to ISSUE U.S. Birth Certificates did so unlawfully and all those children are NOT U.S. citizens!

Give them a Certificate of Child Born Abroad and get them off our soil.

Give the ORDER to the Bureau of Vital Statistics to STOP issuing US Birth certificates to foreigners and non-citizens effective immediately!!!

Send it to the Supreme Court!

No, birth tourism, visa birth, illegal alien birth, asylum seeker births, TPS births, these are all stupid. STUPID! ABSURD! NONSENSICAL! No cause, no reason, no purpose! THIS IS NOT WHAT THE REPUBLICANS WHO PASSED THE 14th AMENDMENT INTENDED AND IT'S NOT WHAT THEY WROTE AND RATIFIED EITHER!! Fix it.
