Thread: Trump threatens to call US military to close southern border as 4,000-strong migrant

we have 178 bases in foreign lands and protect theyre borders with US Armed forces and yet Americans are getting slaughtered and raped from Inaction on OUR OWN BORDER. At this point I dont care if you drag your own backside to protect the border or pull soldiers off of the North Korean / South Korean Border to protect our border, but you better do something before the American people themselves mobilize

Here is the rub.

President Trump should have already called out the US military and secured our borders and stopped the first caravan that he let in.

Don't wait, don't threaten, just mobilize!

Order ALL incoming traffic from Mexico to be shut down to ONE lane effective immediately!

That includes by foot and by vehicles coming across!


Put the screws to them and show them we mean business!

Mexico is complicit in this invasion...thousands pouring over the border for the last TWO YEARS you have been President!

Sign an Executive Order to stop it!

Stop the talk. Stop the threats. Just do it, do it, do it. For over three decades we have been promised border security and interior enforcement. We effectively have neither. We have a little of both but nothing to peel away the years of not deporting, not enforcing our laws. We now have a million or two more illegal aliens since the Trump presidency began.

President Trump, do your job. Secure the borders. Order the defense department to secure our borders.

Don't play games with countries talking about what you may do. Take whatever monies that the United States gives to them now and build the wall.

Mexico is complicit in the flow of people and drugs. They must stop being a pass through for anyone and anything to get to America.

The United States has strongly informed the President of Honduras that if the large Caravan of people heading to the U.S. is not stopped and brought back to Honduras, no more money or aid will be given to Honduras, effective immediately!

“I must, in the strongest of terms, ask Mexico to stop this onslaught – and if unable to do so I will call up the U.S. Military and CLOSE OUR SOUTHERN BORDER!” Trump wrote on Twitter.


The caravan of migrants that began in Honduras has grown to several thousand people after passing into Guatemala as it heads for the Mexican border. Other Hondurans are leaving the country to join it.



Trump threatened to stop all federal payments to Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador if the countries failed to block the flow and blamed Democrats for rejecting a reform of immigration laws allowing them to claim asylum. He also claimed that the caravan included criminals.


“Hopefully Mexico will stop this onslaught at their Northern Border,” he wrote. “All Democrats fault for weak laws!”


Trump appeared willing to end his new trade deal with Mexico if the caravan was not stopped.


“The assault on our country at our Southern Border, including the Criminal elements and DRUGS pouring in, is far more important to me, as President, than Trade or the USMCA,” he wrote.
