Tucson Border Agents Apprehend Felon near Arivaca
Just another hard working, family value, America loving good 'migrant' person in search of a better life. And I'm sure that's true because libidiots say so.
Tucson Border Agents Apprehend Felon near Arivaca
Tucson, Az
Border Patrol agents from the Tucson Station nabbed a convicted murderer yesterday after he crossed illegally into the United States near Sasabe, Ariz.
About noon, agents arrested Jesus Eugenio Castilla-Aguilar, a 32 year-old Mexican national. Once he was enrolled into the IDENT and IAFIS system, agents found an extensive criminal and immigration history.
In September 2003, Castilla-Aguilar was arrested and subsequently convicted of criminally negligent homicide in Albion, New York. He also served a 45-day jail sentence connected with a criminal arrest by New York State Police in Rochester, New York. On 2 separate occasions, Castilla-Aguilar was ordered deported. The first time was in 1999 for unspecified criminal activity in Buffalo, New York. The second time was in 2004 through San Ysidro, California.
