A unique labor program is expanding into Tucson to address what its founders see as an ongoing challenge for some employers to find temporary workers.
Sueño Americano (American Dream), a Phoenix-based corporation bills itself as a "holistic" labor consultant. The company

Raúl León, owner of Sueño Americano, called the work of the program a "mission."
"I have received divine intervention and I feel I need to give back to the community," he said.
