Tucson open-borders official gloats about effigy-beating

Tucscon residents remain up in arms over the unhinged open-borders mob, led by reconquistadora Pima County (AZ) public defender Isabel Garcia, who beat and tore apart an effigy of tough, anti-illegal immigration Sheriff Joe Arpaio at his recent book tour event.

On July 10, when Arpaio came to do a book signing at a Tucson store, Isabel Garcia and her group, Derechos Humanos, were there to protest his appearance and denounce his policies, which they say have created great racial divisions in Phoenix. Part of that protest included beating up a piñata with Arpaio’s likeness attached to the head.

It seems that Pima County Public Defender Isabel Garcia may have violated a few Canons contained within the AZ Code of Conduct for Judiciary Employees:
Canon 2 Judicial employees shall avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety in all their activities
Canon 4 Judicial employees so shall conduct their outside activities as to minimize conflicts with their employment responsibilities
Canon 5 Judicial employees shall refrain from inappropriate political activities

She violated all of them and should be fired and then disbarred.

One of Mexico's finest.....she's one of the members of the Mexican Government's "Institue for Mexicans Abroad" and a host of other seditious anti-American, oipen borders groups.....she needs to be disbarred.

If this was not a hate crime I don't know what would be....this person is like an animal, public defender unbelievable!

I posted the ones most appropriate to this particular situation Bulldogger.

IMO, yes, it can be argued that she has violated all of them, but in this particular instance some would be "iffy"

For instance, we can speculate that her conduct violates Canon 3 which states that judicial employees shall perform their duties impartially and dilligently because how could she possibly do so with such a blatant hatred for LE and disregard for the law.

But, can we prove that, right this minute, for the purpose of filing a complaint and pushing for her termination and, hopefully, disbarrment? Nope.

So, for the immediate, it's best to stick with the most pertinent to the situation which has been the catalyst for the action.

I call Garcia and her Klan barbaric at best. This is the behaviour of third world simple minds. They are not only protesting Arpaio, they are protesting over 80% of the U.S. citizens that support enforcing U.S. law.

I wonder what would happen if some of us white, black, or other ethnic groups made an effigy of Garcia and let our kids beat and behead it?

I bet Hispanics would call that a "HATE CRIME" !!!!!They would also want our kids to get "diversity training".
