The State is likely to tell the District shortly they are in violation of state law and they either end the program or lose 110 % of their state funding. The supporters of ethnic studies actually want to see this scenario come true so they can take it to court and throw more public tantrums.
The recent vote that didn't happen was the board presidents attempt to appiese the state and prevent the 10 % penalty.Illegal aliens remain exempt from American laws, while they DEMAND American rights...

This is a sad, sad day for America.
What could be worse than to reward the violent protests of a mob that thinks that they have a civil right to a class that teaches them to hate the country that provides them with edcuation and health care and a chance at a decent job?
If our leaders don't stand for our country and our values now, when will we? Pathetic!
