MISSION - More than 80 illegal immigrants are in Border Patrol custody after agents discovered a stash house today on Doffin Road and FM 2221 north of Mission.

Border Patrol Spokesman Henry Mediola told CHANNEL 5 NEWS a stolen car also was recovered.

A neighbor who asked not be identified said she wasn't surprised by the bust. She said several people lived in the house for a long time and some would ask her for food or water.

"These girls are 13 or 14 years old very, very young whenever they come to my house they ask for water and food. I tell them I can't give them anything. I can't harbor anybody. Because once you harbor them, they are going to come back and you never know what's going to happen," the neighbor said.

Officials have yet to determine the immigrants' countries of origin.

Two people are being questioned about the stash house.
