    The truth concerning Delgado from a PRO-ILLEGAL comment on the PRO-ILLEGAL Blog. His story is basically that Delgado is not an Anchor Baby and that his parents fled the United States for mexico creating fake documents so Delgado could attend mexican schools. Of course as soon as he was able he escaped from mexico and his parents back to the United States to continue as a non-Anchor Baby citizen.

    If he has a valid social security number than probably he's a U. S. citizen under current law.
