On Friday, they charged two brothers of the physician's ranch hand with murder and announced they were also looking for the men's cousin.

Cristobal Galvan Cerna, 23, and Moises Galvan Cerna, 18, remain in the Austin County Jail in Bellville, about 65 miles west of Houston, where they are being held without bail. The Texas Rangers and sheriff's investigators are continuing to search for Misael Santollo, 18, who is also charged with murder.

The three — all from the Sharpstown area in southwest Houston — are accused of killing Dr. Jorge Mario Gonzalez, 56, a pulmonary medicine specialist and chief of the critical care section at The Methodist Hospital in Houston in a brazen daylight ambush at Gonzalez's rural ranch house.

Investigators say they have no evidence linking Gonzalez's ranch hand, Noel Galvan Cerna, 21, of Houston, to the crime. He was also shot during the attack and remains at Brackenridge Hospital in Austin.
