EL PASO, Texas -- Border Patrol Agents said they caught a man wanted on charges of manslaughter and attempted murder, among other charges.
They arrested 41-year-old Francisco Barron-Lopez Monday morning at the Paso Del Norte Bridge.
He's wanted by authorities in Oakland, Calif.
