US Congressman and former Williamson County District Judge John Carter has filed HR 3851, the Non-Citizen Enforcement Act. Carter’s office says this bill is the first in a series of four collectively titled the Secure America For Everyone (SAFE) Initiative.
Congressman Carter says past immigration bills have failed because they tried to tackle too many issues at the same time. “Congress has tried time and time again to enact immigration reform. Unfortunately, the legislation that has been put forth in the past has been too comprehensive and complicated to actually implement and enforce,â€

Sounds nice but the "criminal offense" is what took them to the streets last year. Maybe we need that again since its a really hot issue with Americans right now. Let's keep the masses appraised as to what they are doing.
