About 60 students from around Texas gathered downtown Saturday to blast federal efforts to deport two Houston-area brothers they say fled violence in Colombia.
Chanting and at times screaming, the students urged the Obama administration to halt all such deportations.
The marchers, representing local groups pushing the DREAM Act as well as groups from Houston, Dallas and Austin, ended their midday march in front of San Fernando Cathedral.
Mauro Arboleda, 24, and his brother Marlon, 22, came to the Houston suburb of Conroe in 2004 fleeing the violence in Colombia, said Abraham Espinoza of Houston.
The brothers' asylum petition was denied in 2007, but they remained in the country.
Espinoza, a University of Houston student, said the brothers have been honor students — Mauro Arboleda earned a bachelor's degree in business from UH, he said.
But Arboleda was arrested and faces deportation proceedings this week even though he “has been a model of what students in the United States are supposed to be,â€Support our FIGHT AGAINST illegal immigration & Amnesty by joining our E-mail Alerts at https://eepurl.com/cktGTn

It still amazes me that they have the nerve to think they have rights which includes their delusional belief that we are the only country on the planet that has no right to have laws and borders. It's Time to Rescind the 14th Amendment

The long list of SOB stories continue and what we should be reading is "Two more criminals deported for illegally entering the country".

Every one of these invading criminals should be arrested and deported within 24 hours of being apprehended! Our government has failed to enforce immigration law and by doing so, is endangering the American people by subjecting and exposing us to these militant, aggressive and volatile criminal invaders!
Have you noticed how the obama regime has basically issued a reprieve for illegal invading DREAMERS, even though they are the most vocal, militant, aggressive and volatile group out there demanding amnesty!
