    And we all know what happens if any Latinos are actually charged with fraud. They claim they did not understand cuz they don't speak English. Or that the realtor or banker told them they could get the credit. Very convenient excuse.
    Not only do I doubt we will prosecute any of these frauds. I think the government intended for illegals to get the credit.
