    Tomball’s new police chief, Robert Hauck, is having a totally different experience in dealing with illegal immigrants who commit crimes.

    Hauck previously served in the Los Angeles Police Department before moving to Texas to take over the chief of police job in Tomball. He is familiar with California’s immigration policies which he said kept law enforcement’s hands out of the federal government’s duty to determine who is illegal or not. Others want to “round-upâ€

    Tomball has a city provided day labor site a block from the Tomball Police station.

    League City also provides a site with a bycycle rack for ILLEGALS 100 feet from their Police Headquarters in front of the EMS station. Also on this same two or three blocks is located the City pool and Library with the ILLEGALS loitering at both, doesn't seem very safe for our citizens and their children.
