Part of that $1.6 million Trump requested for the wall was for the 62 miles or so of border wall need to secure San Diego and the Rio Grande Valley Sector, the latter being where this Mayor is. Shame Congress wouldn't fund it. Maybe some of the $1.5 million can be used to do "'fencing", fill in gaps and make repairs as needed in the Rio Grande Valley area.
