    TX - Smuggling Attempt Stopped By Border Patrol

    FALFURRIAS, Texas - Border Patrol agents assigned to the Falfurrias Checkpoint discovered ten undocumented immigrants concealed inside a tractor trailer.

    On Thursday, September 6, Falfurrias agents referred a tractor trailer to the secondary inspection area after a Border Patrol K-9 alerted to the cabin. Inside the truck, agents discovered ten undocumented immigrants from the countries of El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Ecuador. Agents arrested the driver, a United States citizen, and escorted all subjects into the checkpoint for processing.

    The case is currently under investigation.
