I no more believe anything he says than what his boss says. They're a great pair. (Pair of what............ you'll have to use your imagination.)

Sutton is one of those types that can stand right in front of you, step on your foot, and then deny to your face ever stepping on your foot.
When the news about the mis-carriage of justice first broke around one year ago, it was suggested that Ramos & Compean were innocent. Since then, it has been PROVEN that they're innocent. I can't understand about Sutton harping that he wants the truth to come out.
When the drug-runner was shot in the side rather than his back, this verified Ramos' story about the drug-runner turning halfway around while running, and pointing an object at Ramos. Fearing for his life in that split-second, Ramos shot. But Sutton would have us believe the drug-runner was unarmed and shot in the back.
In the beginning, the mainstream news media was harping about Ramos & Compean intentionally refraining from filing a police report, and intentionally picking up their spent shell cases, covering up the shooting. But the supervisors obviously knew about the shooting, and convinced Ramos & Compean to not insist that the supervisors file a report.
These last 2 paragraphs should refute any other kind of "truth" that Sutton might put out there.

All of a sudden he seems to be out there in the public explaining himself. He hasn't cared up till now so it makes me wonder what has changed.
Could it be they are feeling the heat from the Senators, the congressmen, the press and the people that will just not let this issue go away?
Let's don't forget that Alberto Gonzales is taking a beating right now and even being pressured to resign. Could the castle be crumbling?

"Sutton wants truth to come out"
"Sutton said that it is not true that Aldrete-Davila had subsequently been arrested in connection with another attempted drug smuggling attempt in October 2005".
