I've seen it where a couple hundred people keep putting the same dead beat politician in office for over 10 years and the guy never gets any legislation passed. That politician is worthless but he's in one of those districts and a member of the Hispanic Caucus. The ballot cattle show up and vote.

EXACTLY Just google Nydia Velazquez and look at her district (my district) it is slivers of Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan. Talk about GERRYMANDERED!
