Never been a marijuana smoker, but I grew up in the late 70s early 80s era when EVERYONE was doing it. You couldn't go to a rock concert without smelling it. There was a certain type that started with an S. Can't recall the name "because I wasn't into it". I was happy with my Miller ponies back then which I can't drink now due to boycott. Everyone that bought that stuff back then paid top dollar. They used to say homegrown was crap. Mexico was the Rolls Royce dealer . I doubt anything has changed.

I am tired of their blame game.

Sinsemilla is just Spanish for seedless
I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

I notice the article above has no mention of Calderon or even Fox implying that the article is several years old.
It went far beyond marijuana, even when this was written.

The article IS several years old, BUT DO YOU SERIOUSLY BELIEVE
    THE PROBLEM HAS IMPROVED?????????????

As for usage, I'm not sure you are right, not on a per capita basis.

You're right, MountainDog, the same thing can be said for communist countries...and Mexico.
