    How could I show proof not having access to their employee records
    to see who has a social security number, etc, and not knowing if
    people of other race/ethnicity applied for jobs there.

    we need someone to go under cover it only takes one person.

    Did you hear what he said? American workers are lazy and shiftless and he is forced to go outside our American workers to employ competent help.
    THIS IS BLANTANT DISCRIMINATION. HE COULD SAY THIS ABOUT ONE AMERICAN WORKER THAT HE KNOWS....BUT TO SAY ALL AMERICAN WORKERS ARE LAZY IS BLATANT DISCRIMINATION AND IS AGAINST THE LAW. HE HAS NOT MET ALL AMERICAN WORKERS, YET HE MAKES A STAEMENT ABOUT ALL AMERICAN WORKERS. SO HE IS ADMITTING THAT HE IS DISCRIMINATING BASED ON NATIONALITY. HE HAS NOT ONLY BROKEN THE IMMIGRATION LAWS, HE HAS ALSO BROKEN THE LABOR LAWS.
