Suspected Gang Members Arrested

LEESBURG, Va. - Leesburg Police Detectives, with the assistance of agents with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), arrested two illegal immigrants Feb. 15 and obtained charges on a third.

While conducting interviews of the three people near Forbes Court and Heritage Way, all three provided false information concerning their identity. It was later learned that all three possessed false identifications as well as 18th Street Gang symbols. As a result of the investigation, two subjects were arrested and charged as follows:

Wilbur Ernesto Aleman-Orellana, 18, of Leesburg, was charged with two counts of possession of false ID, two counts of forgery and one count of unlawful name change. He was held on an ICE detainer.

Oscar Edgardo Moz-Herrera, 23, of Leesburg, was charged with possession of false ID, forgery and unlawful change of name. He was also held on an ICE detainer.

According to ICE, both Aleman-Orellana and Moz-Herrera have been arrested and incarcerated in El Salvador for multiple homicide charges. They are both being held without bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center.

Warrants on the third suspect were obtained, and she is currently wanted. Rosie Orellana-Serrano, 29, of Leesburg is wanted on three counts of possession of false ID, three counts of forgery, and unlawful change of name. Once captured, she will be held on an ICE detainer. Removal proceedings were issued against her for illegally entering the United States in 2005.

The Leesburg Police Department is asking that anyone with information on the whereabouts of Rosie Orellana-Serrano call the department at 703-771-4500. Callers wishing to remain anonymous can call the Leesburg Crimeline at 703-443-TIPS.
