Even with some setbacks we need to keep up the push and have new laws pushed into the system. Keep hitting them over and over again. More and more will get through little and little. Use victories in other states to work in your favor in piggybacking your laws to replicate what other states are passing.

A little wisdom and a lesson learned by a Californian:
No matter how many bills are passed or voted on by the people - they will still be sued by the opposition. It will end up in court and if your Governor or AG does not defend the bill, it will be stalled in court and die a slow death. Do not automatically think that the bills will be defended. Pay attention, follow the bill and keep the pressure on.
They fooled us, don't let them fool you.
