Great article, which, by the way, was originally published on October 11, 2007. Another one to foward to my anti-illegal immigration, blue dog Democratic Congressman, Heath Shuler. Thanks for posting, vmonkey!

    From above:

H.R. 5924 would lift the cap on employment-based visas for nurses and physical therapists until 2011.

So the nursing group that President Obama spoke to today are the profiteers of the VISAS - educators of Nurses?

There are 2.5 million nurses and this group's membership is around 300K only that President Obama spoke to today.

    Countdown to Census Day...

    http://2010.census.gov/partners/pdf/Cou ... erview.pdf

Actually, the more counted the more taxes we pay!

On reading this now it states who lives most the times with you. Is this correct? I thought it was a count of actual people living or staying in a space on 1 April 2010.

So a college student can be counted twice... Interesting!

Illinois, . . . will each have one fewer seat than they would otherwise have because they have relatively few undocumented immigrants.

They forgot to stop by my hometown in Illinois. I feel like I'm in Tijuana. I guess that's the reason Waukegan is referred to as Juankegan.

I'll be sure to forward this info to my congresswoman along with the wish that it will be her seat that will be lost.
